Returns

Free returns with Nafis

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to send it back, you have 10 working days (14 days in full according to Egyptian laws) from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange your purchase if in its original status, not used or damaged in any way, Nafis will collect it from your address for one way shipping charges only.

Purchases in Egypt: Returns and exchanges apply to purchases made from Egypt and sent to Egypt addresses for items that meet Nafis Return Policy terms and conditions.

​

Purchases out of Egypt: Returns apply with shipping fees customs fees and any other charges that might be incurred in the shipping from the country. Exchanges will require placing a new order with a new shipping fee and with an amount equal to or more than the original order.

​

Nafis reserves the right to accept or decline return requests before processing a refund. 

To accept your return request and process your refund, returned items received back by Nafis must meet Nafis Return Policy terms and conditions mentioned Cancelled Orders section below.

Nafis Return & Exchange policy terms and conditions:

Returns apply to unused, damage-free items only. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all Nafis and brand tags still attached and fully intact. Nafis packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.).

​

The following items cannot be returned: Wearables, personal use products, baby products, or any custom-made orders.

​

Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

​

Returns that do not meet Nafis Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.

​

Important Note:
In case returned items do not meet Nafis’ Return Policy, and the return request has been declined, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to receive back the item.

How to get a refund?

Nafis will return the value of your returned item in Store credit or through a bank transfer after it gets sent back to Nafis for inspection and approval. Please send your full bank account details to Nafis Customer Care at nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org or contact customer care directly at +20 1222369123

In case you request your refund in cash, it will be shipped with our courier at a shipping cost and with any collection fees deducted within two weeks to one month.

​

All sales conducted with a credit card will be returned with a deduction of any bank fees incurred.

​

*In case of Exchange: After receiving your returned item, Nafis will ship your exchanged item for free the first time. Second exchanges will include a shipping fee.


*Please note that the refund process may take two weeks up to 1 month to be reflected in your bank records, depending on each bank’s policy.

How to Request a return?

We accept returns within 10 working days after your order has been delivered. To request a return, please go to “My account”, and click on “My Orders” where all your placed orders will be listed; choose the order/item that you want to return then click on “Return”; you will receive an email confirming your return request.

​

How to Request an exchange?

You will first need to request a Return through your account (see above); please contact Nafis customer care and specify the items you wish to exchange. Your returned item value will be sent to you in store credit in the form of a promo code that you can apply in a new order to exchange your item.  Shipping fees may be incurred in some cases.
