Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Nafis website (the "Service") operated by Nafis ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, which includes processing and delivery (or arranging for delivery) of product orders.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name and last name, your e-mail address, your mailing address, your date of birth.

All of our products and services are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us via e-mail at nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org. You have up to 2 business days from the date your order was delivered to request the return of your purchase in the condition you received it in by sending an email to nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org

You may cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Cancellation of orders must be made before the order is processed by the warehouse which is within 48 hours of placing your order.

The Nafis logo is a trademark and is protected by the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt against misuse or tampering in any way.

Nothing contained within the website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use our trademark without the prior written consent of the owner of the website. Please send an e-mail to nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org for more information.

NAfis is not required to provide any goods until payment has been received. When paying with a credit card or any online payment method, until payment has cleared, no orders will be dispatched. In the case where payment is not clear, Nafis has a right to cancel the order completely.

In case of cash upon delivery, and if you just change your mind about receiving the goods ordered then you will need to pay the shipment fully and not the price of the product if not opened. In case it is opened then 10% of the product price will also be paid to be returned.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nafis.

Any external links provided on NAfis store are for our customer’s convenience, noting that all related content on such links is outside of the control of Nafis and usage should be at the customer’s own risk.

Nafis has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Nafis shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Payment
At Nafis paying for your order is easy and convenient. To ensure your ultimate satisfaction, we offer you the following payment options:

Cash on delivery for shipping inside Egypt only
When checking out, select cash on delivery. This payment method is subject to a surplus charge that will appear in your shopping bag when checking out. Please note that the Promo Code does not apply to Sale items.
​
Please note that the cash-on-delivery option is valid on single orders not exceeding 2000 EGP.
​
If your total order value exceeds 2000 EGP, remove items from your shopping bag and checkout, then you can proceed with replacing another order.
​

Electronic payment with Credit Card

When checking out, select Credit Card and follow the steps provided.

You may use this method when delivering to an address within Egypt as well as the selected international destinations.

Please have your phone ready as your bank may send you a verification code to insert when you make the payment.

Please note, your card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Nafis does not hold or store any of your card details. When paying online, you will be redirected to an authorization page or payment gateway managed by your bank. You may also be redirected to a verification page if you are using a Visa or a MasterCard.

Nafis will not process an order that attempts to use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-credit limit Card.
Product prices shown do not include taxes and other fees that might be needed and regulated by the government of Egypt. Those will be added to your checkout box, in addition to other shipping costs.

Delivery
Delivery is always hassle-free with Nafis with the following options:

Deliver to any address in Egypt
For deliveries within Egypt, simply select your city from the destinations drop-down menu on the Checkout page to display the available delivery options and charges for your destination.
​
We offer guaranteed delivery within 2-4 business days for Cairo and Alexandria and up to 7 business days for all other locations.
​
Delivery time is calculated 2 days after an order is accepted. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays for our customers.
​
International Delivery
Please note that international shipments may be custom to extra charges.

Receiving your order
Tracking your order
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You may also log in to your Nafis account and follow your delivery by selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
​
Delivery time is calculated 2 days after an order is accepted.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our customers.
​
*This option is available for purchases made by electronic payment only and does not apply to purchases made by cash on delivery.

Customized Orders
You may request a customized order from any of the products displayed on Nafis website by sending an email to nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org stating clearly what you need to customize and one of our customer service agents will call you within 2 working days.
​
Customization can be in color and size and sometimes material if possible. Customization will incur extra costs that will be sent to you as a quote with the duration period of production and delivery.
​
Once a quote is accepted by the customer, 100% of the payment will have to be made in advance before the order will be processed.
​
A sample acceptance will take place at no charge to the customer to ensure that your order is what you need.
​
Once the payment is received by Nafis and a sample is accepted by the customer and a message is sent to the customer stating that the order is being produced, no cancellations or returns are accepted for this type of order.
​
In case the order is not delivered by Nafis for any reason, it is obliged to refund the customer 100% of what they paid.
​
Bulk Orders
Nafis will accept bulk orders for any items displayed on its website by contacting customer service at nafisinfo@awtad-egypt.org and sending your request. A customer service agent will contact you to discuss details.
​
Then a quote will be sent to the customer and once accepted 100% of the payment will have to be made in advance before the order will be processed.
​
In case of customization of any form, the policies for customization will apply.
​
In case of no customization then return policies on faulty items will apply.
​
No cancellation of bulk orders can take place except before payment of the due amount. Once payment is made and an email is sent to the customer that the order is being processed within the quoted period then no cancellation will be accepted.
​
Order Cancellation
To cancel an item or an entire order other than the customized or bulk orders, go to Your Account select My Orders, and follow these steps.

Click Cancel Items. If you don’t see this action button then your order cancellation period has expired. Items can only be canceled before they leave our facility.

Select the items you want to remove.

Click Cancel Checked Items.

No cancellation of bulk orders can take place except before payment of the due amount. Once payment is made and an email is sent to the customer that the order is being processed within the quoted period then no cancellation will be accepted. After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address saved on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully canceled.
​
If your order has left our facility, it cannot be modified. You will need to follow the steps to make a Return after you receive your order. Please check our Returns page for more details.
